Last year, I had my son's first Christmas clothes turned into a stocking as a keepsake. While I loved the overall look of it, one thing was missing: his name. I had the idea to have his name and a few classic Christmas icons embroidered on the cuff, and that's where Knits by Lyss came in! She was extremely easy to work with - discussed ideas with me, gave me an estimate of cost, sent me a mock-up to approve, and even allowed me to drop off the stocking rather than ship it because she is local. Most importantly, her work was impeccable. I love the stocking even more now and can't wait to hang it up this year for Christmas!

The sweaters were perfect and Lyss was amazing to work with. The communication was above and beyond and the way she went out of her way to get my rush product to me, just outstanding! Cannot recommend this company enough!

Love my daughter’s new sweater. The material is soft and high quality. Knits by Lyssa was also able to respond to my message via instagram and answer question about delivery time. They also checked in with me on exactly how I wanted my design and shared other projects she did to give as examples to me. Loved all the variety of colors of yarn I could pick out.

It also came with washing instructions but I have not tried to wash it yet.

I will keep this shop in mind for any other customized sweater needs I will have. Highly recommend.

Alyssa did a wonderful job camouflaging stains on a linen dress. She was a great communicator and very transparent about her timeframes. Before the project was shipped, she came back to me with suggestions on the design and provided a mock-up. The results turned out beautifully!
