How should I care for my KBL items?
To wash/care for your embroidered items, we recommend hand washing the item.
If choosing to machine wash, we recommend turning the item inside and placing the item in a delicate laundry bag, if possible. If you do not have a delicate laundry bag, wash loosely on a delicate or hand wash cycle. Use cold water and hang or lay flat to dry.
What is the sizing like on each item?
Sizing may vary depending on the product being ordered. All sizing information will be provided in each individual listing. Please check the individual listing of the item you are interested in for more details.
In general, our sweaters and knit items tend to have an oversized fit to them.
Can I inquire about a custom item or order?
Custom and personalized orders are a majority of what my store offers! Please send me a message with what you are looking for if you do not see a specific design in my shop and I am happy to work with you on creating something that you love!
If you don't see an item in my shop that you are looking to have personalized, I am happy to help source an item and complete the personalization for you! This is typically done through my "Send-In Service" offering.
Between our current item listings and our send in service offering, we are bound to find that perfect item you are looking for!
What is the return & exchange policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted on items in the shop within 14 days of the delivery date. All items must be undamaged and unworn for returns and exchanges to be accepted.
If the item is returned clearly worn or damaged, a refund will not be provided.
This policy only applies to NON customized items, we cannot accept returns since these have personalized and customized specifically for you. If you are unhappy with an item, please send me a message and I would be happy to work with you on making it right!
Returns are NOT accepted on "ready to ship" items due to the fact that these typically are low in stock and offered at a discounted rate.
What is the turn around time like?
For customized pieces, these are completed between 1-4 weeks. This can vary depending on the amount of customized items I currently have open. Sometimes, the turn around time can be shorter as well. The banner on my website near the top of the page will always be updated with the current turn around times!
For items that don't require customization, the turn around time is typically the same or next business day for shipping.
If an item is purchased with a customized item, the items will ship together when the customized item is finished unless the orders are submitted separately.
Do you offer expedited order requests?
Yes. If you are looking to have your order created within a shorter turn around time, please send me a message and we can work on your timeline. I can usually accommodate this, but there are variables that may affect that.
You can also make a note during the checkout process and I can make note of the date when the order comes through. This does NOT guarantee that I will be able to accommodate the date mentioned unless you receive a confirmation from us directly.
Please note: if you choose a faster shipping option, this only guarantees that your order will have a shorter shipping time frame once shipped. Your order will still be completed within the 2-4 week turn around timeline. If you need an order faster, you will need to reach out to me directly.
Do you offer local pick up?
Yes, if you are local to the Chicago area then local pick up is an option. Send us a message before you place your order!
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, international shipping is available. All prices on our website are shown in USD. We are not responsible for taxes or duties in other countries and are not responsible for shipping delays.

We do have wholesale options available for both non-embroidered and embroidered items.
