Return & Refund Policy

Personalized Items:

Due to the personalized nature of these items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. By purchasing this item, you are confirming that you have entered all information correctly. We cannot remake items due to incorrect order submission. We highly recommend referring to the size chart for the items as well prior to purchasing. 

Non-Personalized Items: 

Returns and exchanges are accepted on non-personalized items in the shop within 14 days of the delivery date. All items must be undamaged and unworn for returns and exchanges to be accepted.

If the item is returned clearly worn or damaged, a refund will not be provided.

Ready To Ship Items:

Returns are not accepted on any "Ready To Ship" items in the shop due to the fact that these typically are low in stock and offered at a discounted rate.

Damaged Items:

Should your item arrive damaged, we will be sure to rectify this situation with either a replacement garment or store credit on future purchases. Please send us a message to info@knitsbylyss.com to inform us of any damage.
