When filling out the personalization details, please ensure that you are entering the information exactly as you want it.

• If you want block letters, write the name in all caps.
• If you want all lower case letters, write the name in all lower case.

List the # (or #'s) for the thread color in the thread color box.

I will follow the information exactly as entered and cannot accept returns, exchanges, or remakes for information entered incorrectly once the order has been made. 

These sun hats are made of 100% cotton. There is an adjustable head strap in the back to make the hat tighter or looser, as well as a chin strap for security. 

The adjustable portion of the hat has a plastic piece used to tighten or loosen the hat.

Items can take anywhere between 1-4 weeks to ship once an order is received. This timeline can vary based on the number of orders received, but it will never be longer.

That is what makes each item so unique and special: you truly have a one of a kind piece. It is also important to note that sweater and yarn colors may appear a slightly different shade on different devices and screens. 

Sweaters are not handmade by me. They are purchased from trusted suppliers that I work with closely when creating new designs, colors, styles, etc. All designs and embroidery work is my own.
