When filling out the personalization details and questions, please ensure that you are entering the information exactly as you want it.

Examples:

• If you want block letters, write the name in all caps.
• If you want all lower case letters, write the name in all lower case.

I will follow the information exactly as entered and cannot accept returns, exchanges, or remakes for information entered incorrectly once the order has been made. 

The KBL knit sweaters have an oversized fit and feel. They are meant to take on the oversized look, while giving your little one plenty of room to grow into the sweater. The sweaters are a 100% cotton knit material giving them a bit of stretch to them. 

Items can take anywhere between 1-4 weeks to ship once an order is received. This timeline can vary based on the number of orders received, but it will never be longer.

Embroidery: The names and designs are all hand embroidered, so each sweater/name/design may not look 100% identical, although they should be similar to the examples seen. That is what makes each item so unique and special: you truly have a one-of-a-kind piece.

All designs are created and stitched by me.

Colors: Actual colors of fabric, thread, and product may vary slightly from what you see in the images. Different screens can display colors differently, and the lighting when the photo was taken can also impact how the colors appear.

Materials: Sweaters are not handmade by me. They are purchased from trusted suppliers that I work with closely when creating new designs, colors, styles, etc.
